We provide individual therapy for perfectionism, anxiety, and shame/guilt. We use a self-compassion, Christian, and theory based lens in our approach. We welcome all faiths, sexualities, and identities!

We also offer therapy for individuals struggling with: anger management, behavioral issues, co-dependency, depression, family conflict, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, spirituality, stress, and suicidal Ideation and trauma.
