Kaitlin is a compassionate and understanding clinician with experience as a preschool teacher for children on the autism spectrum and as a therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health Family Clinic.
She incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian Play Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy. Kaitlin is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands (expected August 2025) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life with an emphasis in Human Development from Brigham Young University.
Kaitlin’s therapeutic work is deeply influenced by theories that emphasize finding meaning—especially during times of suffering. She welcomes individuals of all faith backgrounds and is happy to incorporate a Christian perspective upon request. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Kim has experience working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, spiritualities, and lifestyles—from children to adults. She has a passion for supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism, whether they've received a formal diagnosis or simply show related traits.

Her approach emphasizes motivation while allowing room for growth, mistakes, and forgiveness. Kim uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, and Christian counseling as requested.
Kim holds a Master’s in Professional Counseling and a Master’s in Human Services from Amridge University, along with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Utah.

She previously worked at Brigham Young University in their Counseling and Psychological Services as a therapist, Utah State Hospital, and The Refuge as a Sexual Assault Victims Advocate.

Alexa uses a variety of theories in her practice, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and the Unified Protocol (UP). She earned both her bachelor's in psychology and her master's in social work from Brigham Young University.

Rachel Thornton is a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed recreational therapist, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her passion for supporting individuals with perfectionism tendencies and anxiety led her to opening Reframe Therapy.
She has worked in the mental health field for over ten years in a variety of settings including residential treatment facilities, outpatient settings, and several private practices. Rachel enjoys working with all ages, especially young adults. She welcomes people of all faiths, sexualities, and identities. Upon request, Rachel incorporates a Christian lens and is theory based in her approach. She enjoys using many visual diagrams and take home assignments to help in your healing process.
