Madison is a compassion focused therapist that likes to help clients live their values and learn to love themselves when they aren’t who they want to be. She has a passion for helping individuals combat shame in all its forms, including perfectionism. Madison graduated with a Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University. ​
Madison is happiest when she is spending time with her family, eating and cooking foods from diverse cultures, and spending time in nature. She welcomes people of all faiths, sexualities, and identities. Upon request, Madison can incorporate a religious or spiritual lens and is values-based in her approach. She also speaks conversational Portuguese.

​​Jayne loves working with people of all ages and faiths. Her broad experience has helped her gain the unique ability to see those she works with through a truly non-judgmental lens.

Jayne has worked with many clients around the world. She loves helping individuals work through the burdens of perfectionism and self-doubt while helping people access confidence from embracing their self-worth. Jayne has an especially tender place in her heart for mothers who are struggling.​ Jayne attended both the University of Utah Brigham Young University for her schooling. ​

When Jayne is not working or spending time with her husband and 6 children you can find her on a walk enjoying the sunshine, listening to a podcast, or meditating. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and welcomes people of all faiths, sexualities, and identities; upon request she

Rachel loves supporting individuals in their quest to strengthen their sense of self, reduce anxiety, enhance reconnection in relationships, and determine purposeful actions leading to a life worth living.
Rachel has a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life: Social Services with a minor in gerontology and a Master’s Degree from Brigham Young University in Social Work. She uses CBT, DBT, Sand tray, EMDR trained, Motivational Interviewing, and is EAGALA certified, and Trauma informed.
She enjoys sharing experiences with her family members, enjoying two very cute grandkids, riding horses, growing things, reading for pleasure and for learning, playing the flute and
strengthening her relationship with God and her loved ones.

Kaela incorporates a variety of approaches into counseling to fit the needs of her clients. She especially enjoys helping her clients clarify their values, heal from the past, and move towards living a more fulfilling life.

Prior to Reframe Therapy, Kaela worked as a therapist at LDS Family Services and Wasatch Behavioral Health. She graduated with a Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University. Rachel Thornton is a licensed clinical social worker, a licensed recreational therapist, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her passion for supporting individuals with perfectionism tendencies and anxiety led her to opening Reframe Therapy.
She has worked in the mental health field for over ten years in a variety of settings including residential treatment facilities, outpatient settings, and several private practices. Rachel enjoys working with all ages, especially young adults. She welcomes people of all faiths, sexualities, and identities. Upon request, Rachel incorporates a Christian lens and is theory based in her approach. She enjoys using many visual diagrams and take home assignments to help in your healing process.
