WHAT CAN I EXPECT THERAPY TO LOOK LIKE?
Therapy can feel uncomfortable at first. We understand the immense trust you place in sharing your story with us and we do not take this for granted. Therapy is a mixture of processing and psychoeducation. The therapy process continues outside of the office with homework assignments from your therapist and practice in your everyday life.

If you are someone that likes to move or fidget when processing, we understand! We have fidget and sensory toys in office and are happy to even walk and talk if that works best for you.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Completely depends on what you're hoping to gain from therapy. You are 100% the decider of how long you'd like to engage in therapy. Your goals will be discussed in the assessment session.
WHAT IS YOUR SESSION RATE? Do you take insurance?
$165 for the first assessment session and $135 for each session after. Each session is 50-55 minutes.

If we do not accept your insurance, we are able to provide you with a superbill for you to request reimbursement through your insurance. If you are not sure if your insurance accepts these, you can contact them and ask 1. if your plan covers mental health services and if a deductible needs to be met first, and 2. if they provide reimbursement for out of network providers.
Many of our clients request superbills and receive reimbursement from their insurance providers.
