One of the most common questions I get as a therapist is what resources people can turn to outside of the therapy office. I can't explain how beneficial an individual's change or healing journey is when they incorporate outside resources to the therapy process (books, podcasts, speeches, workbooks, groups, etc). By doing so, they're hearing the voice of many, not just one.
In sharing resources, my intent is you as a reader decide what pertains to you and what doesn't. Please do not assume these resources are a one-size-fits-all, they are not. These resources are self-help supports and not a replacement for therapy. With that said, enjoy!
